Josef Rantamaki, who is Bwin’s SEO Manger, recently announced that the former popular poker site PokerRoom would reopen and offer real money poker games once again.  Ranktamaki released this statement about the new site and event: ‘Wow!  PokerRoom will be re-launched and once again offering real money poker games.”

PokerRoom’s aim is to reopen the site as smoothly and stress free as possible.  PokerRoom is allowing player’s funds to be reserved if they have not transferred their PokerRoom account to a different online poker website.  A downside to the newly re-opened site is that player points and tickers that were made are no longer valid.  This creates a fresh slate for all players.  If players registered after 2007 and only played for fun, but never deposited and real money they will need to register a new account.
